Aquarium Immersion!
101 - 50 minutes of adventure at the sea! Your program starts with an introduction to the ocean and discussion of what lives there. Participants then explore the exhibits playing our hide & find scavenger hunt. Experience a guided Interaction with sea stars, urchins, conch, crabs and mysterious marine invertebrates in the Tide Pool. Everyone will meet some of our Ed-bassador animals up close and personal. We spend the end answering questions and exploring impressions. Participants take away a activity sheet to review and remember your experience. $135.00 for up to 30 total attending Up to 8 additional attending may be added at $4.25 per person.
202 - A unique 90 minute experience which includes activities in the101outline plus a 30 minute focus lesson. Schedule today and allow Team ECCO to enrich your learning. $160.00 30 people maximum attending
303 -a 2 hour program that gets in deep with ocean labs and expansion on your Science Standards. Start with the activities of our 101, and then catch the wave of ocean exploration - without leaving the mountains! This program may be designed with two 30-minute focus classes or one 60-minute focus class.
$175.00 30 people attending maximum
*** A live feed of our small sharks and rays may be added to Sea Base 202 & 303 programs. Contact us for details.
* 202 & 303 programs offer focus learning on marine invertebrates, water quality, ecological limiting factors, oceanic zones, coral, sharks and rays, fish ID, ocean ecology, animal adaptations, ocean: climate & weather, invasive species, venomous species, ocean ecosystems, ocean ecology, captive marine limiting factors.

SEA VENTURE travel to the sea
Take your science learning to the source! Travel with us to ocean-based exploration sites and immerse yourself in the unknown. We will design a custom program for a day or a week. Our hard-working team takes care of logistics, materials, events, and instruction. Trips include manatees, aquifers, reef ecology, sharks, seagrasses, Florida coastal habitats, mangrove ecology, and more. The ocean is a big back yard, are you ready to explore?

INTERNSHIP high school College Postgraduate
The Team ECCO Intern Program is an invaluable training experience. Accepted interns are worked through a well-rounded aquarist program that incorporates marine science, animal husbandry, ecosystem development, water quality management, life support system design and maintenance, fish and invertebrate ID, public speaking/ relations, and teaching. All applicants must participate in an interview and sign policy acceptance.
Intern placements are limited. During the calendar school year, the Aquarium allows 2 high school level interns, 1 college level intern, and 1 post college / adult intern each semester. The training is rigorous and gratifying. Students leave with an experience that strengthens their marine science knowledge, fosters their desire to learn, and support real world skills.
The semester long internship requires engagement Tuesday – Friday each week. High school students should check with their Career Leader for seeking placement.
During summer, Team ECCO accepts interns by application and interview. Intern positions are unpaid and unhoused. Terms run 4 consecutive weeks. Summer interns will generally work Tues - Friday one week and Wednesday - Saturday the next week rotating between the two schedules. Please contact the Executive Director, Mrs. B.
